Tangga Elektrik (Folding Stairway) Exavator Hitachi 2500, 2600, 3600 , 5500 -6 (dash 6)

Kembali posting karena gak sengaja diingatkan kembali oleh senior, ternyata dia pernah baca blogku ini..(ternyata ada yang baca ya)hehe..

Saya akan share tentang sistem tangga elektrik exavator hitachi dash 6,
berikut penampakannya


 Berbeda dengan seri hitachi sebelumnya yang manual, dash 6 menampilkan kemudahan akses bagi operator ataupun mekanik untuk naik -turun unit. Sistem tangga elektrik ini sisebut oleh pabriknya adalah folding stairway system.

Stairway Extend
When operator push the extend sw :
Ground flow at FD7 and FD9,
FD7 activate relay 2,3,4 and sol b
Relay 2,3,and 4 active. Motor hydraulic work, oil flow to rod cylinders passed valve b then orifice A #4664050 another oil flow passed valve C so stairway extend.
FD9 used for supply ground to stairway alarm/flashlight.
When ladder is on half way, limit sw 2 is pressed, ground flow to sol C, activate the solenoid C, hydraulic oil blocked, the oil only flow through orifice A, so stairway go down slowly.
When stairway full extends and limit 1 is pressed, it’s disconnecting ground to stairway alarm/flashlight.
Note : Before stairway full extend, in this case stairway alarm/flashlight still active because ground flow through limit sw 1, 4, and 5 although we not press the extend/retract sw.

Stairway Retract
When operator push the extend sw :
Ground flow at FD8 and FD9,
FD7 activate relay 2,3,4 and sol a
Relay 2,3,and 4 active. Motor hydraulic work, oil flow to rod cylinders passed valve a, another oil flow passed orifice so stairway retract.
FD9 used for supply ground to stairway alarm/flashlight.
When ladder is on half way, limit sw 3 is pressed, broke ground to sol a, deactivate the solenoid a, valve sol A in neutral position, hydraulic oil from pump motor 1 blocked, the oil only flow from pump motor 2 through orifice , so stairway go down slowly.
When stairway full retract and limit 4 is pressed,
Contact 6-5 -> activate sol B, Solenoid used for channels oil hydraulic from pilot pump to folding stairway cylinder. Hold cylinder to full retract, avoid the cylinder do down it self.
Contact 4-3 -> for give signal power to MC and ELU detect stairway in storage position and locked.(limit sw 5 must be press too, series with limit sw 5)
Contact 2-1 -> for give ground for stairway flash light/alarm before stairway full extend or full retract.
                    When stairway is locked, the limit sw 5 is pressed.
Contact 2-1-> to broke ground for stairway flashlight/alarm when limit sw 5 active.
Contact 4-3-> for give signal power to MC and ELU detect stairway in storage position and locked.(series with limit sw 4). MC (76-19) receive 24V power signal, and send information to IDU to off the stairway indicator.ELU (76-59) receive 24V power signal, and activate swing movement.


Note :
                                          
Correlations input MC (76-58), output MC (76-19)/ ELU (76-59)
MC (76-58) is power 24V from MC, when stairway storage and limit sw 5 is locked,(limit sw 3,4,5 is pressed). Power 24V from MC (76-58) flow trough contact 4-3 limit sw 4, then the current flow trough contact 4-3 limit sw 5, then power 24V back and give signal to MC (76-19) and ELU (76-59).
MC (76-19) receive 24V power signal, and send information to IDU to off the stairway indicator.
ELU (76-59) receive 24V power signal, and activate swing movement.

Correlations R(F45), limit sw 4, relay 4, and sol B
                Power from F45 standby at input coil/terminal 86 and terminal 30 relay 4, the contact relay 3-4 is NC, so power flow through the contact to sol B. When Stairway on the storage position and limit sw 4 is pressed, ground flow through the limit sw 4to ground sol B, sol B active and oil flow from pilot pump to folding stairway cylinders and keep the cylinders for storage position.
Pilot control shut off (at cabin) Off Position
Stairway relay 1 at panel box is no active. Power from F8 flow through the NC contact relay to stairway relay 2, 3, both sol A, and sol B as a power standby.

There are 8 diode, FD1 – FD8
Relay 1 (Panel box under cabin) : Receive pilot control signal to channel power to relay 2 & 3, both of sol A, and sol C
Relay 2 : for activate relay motor 1
Relay 3 : for activate relay motor 2
Relay 4 : for deactivate sol B

Hold cylinders from pilot pump avoid go down it self.

Slow down cylinder speed when retracting.



Solenoid A :
Have 2 solenoid, a and b
Sol a active when storage sw pressed
Sol b active when extend sw pressed
Solenoid B :
Solenoid used for channels oil hydraulic from pilot pump to folding stairway cylinder. Hold cylinder to full retract, avoid the cylinder do down it self.
Solenoid active when -> relay 4 non active
And limit sw 4 pressed to channels ground to solenoid.
Solenoid no active when -> relay 4 active, when we press the raise or retract sw ground flow trough FD1(diode1) for retract or FD7(diode7) for raise both of them, give ground for coil relay,
And Limit sw 4 unpressed so ground for solenoid is broken.

Solenoid C :
                Solenoid used for block oil to stairways cylinders. when stairways extend and limit sw 2 pressed, ground flow to sol C, activated the solenoid, valve position is changed, hydraulic oil blocked, so oil flow only trough the orifice A (#4664050) and stairway extend slowly/ snubbing.

Limit sw 1 : Used for broke ground for stairway alarm/flash light when the stairway full extend.

Limit sw 2 (Slowdown extend) : Used for activate/channel ground from FD7 (lowering sw) to sol C. When the operator press the lowering sw, and stairway go down, in the middle process, the limit sw 2 is active, ground from FD7 (lowering sw) flow through the limit sw 2 and give ground for sol C to activated the solenoid.

Limit sw 3 (Slowdown retract) : Used for deactivate sol A, so only oil from pump motor 2 flow to bottom end cylinders, oil from pump motor 1 is blocked at sol A in neutral position.

Limit sw 4 : There are 3 contact
                Contact 6-5 -> activated sol B
      Contact 4-3 -> for give signal power to MC and ELU detect stairway in storage position and locked.(limit sw 5 must be press too, series with limit sw 5).
  Contact 2-1 -> -> for give ground for stairway flash light/alarm before stairway full extend or full retract.

Limit sw 5 : there are 2 contacts
Contact 2-1-> to broke ground for stairway flashlight/alarm when limit sw 5 active.
      Contact 4-3-> for give signal power to MC and ELU detect stairway in storage position and locked.(series with limit sw 4).
